Some people ask us why we don't have phone numbers listed on our websites. Surely it puts people off contacting us. Yes, I'm sure it does, however, if you advertise your phone number all over the internet, what we've found in the past is that we got daily and sometimes ten times daily phone calls from call centres. You know the ones, they try to sell you a better calling rate by using their phone service, or internet directores wanting to sell an 'Exclusive listing' on their website and no end of other services. This wastes our time. So much so, that we end up missing very important customer calls by dealing with these people.
Therefore, we took a huge gamble a few years ago by piloting a scheme where we didn't include our telephone number and it turns out that we were right to do so. Even today, in this age of hi-tech communication, some people are still shy about talking on the phone and would prefer to conduct the majority of business and take details over email. The major advantage here is that you have everything written down to protect yourself.
This is why we take every care to reply to our customers emails and serve you with maximum efficiency and respect. In contacting us, if you would prefer to have us call you back, please provide a land-line number and we'll be very pleased to give you a call. In every case when you're wanting to buy a car, we understand that you're not going to do that until we've taken time to have a chat on the phone.
